Evolution of a Tuesday

 Library time for Haley while Stephie was at summer camp...

 Followed by a picnic at Claire's house (Haley ate off of a plate like a big girl!)

 Nap time...(nice p.j.'s, Stephie!)...

 Haley played with the monthly delivery of Kashi.  Makes a great maraca!

 Yum.

 Finally, workbooks with Daddy.  Great day!

Haley's first hair cut!

 Haley had her first official hair trim (mullet-ectomy) a full 10 months earlier than her big sis.  Stephie was very excited to help, "Come on, sweetie, it's time for your hair cut!!!"

 Haley was not so excited about sitting still.

 She did like the comb, however.

Barrington Art fair

Mommy and Daddy are on an art craze and are enjoying exploring the summer's art festivals.  Today we went to the Barrington Art fair where Stephie was insistent on pushing Haley around in her stroller...

 ...that is, until Haley was insistent on walking instead.

 The best part of the art fair for Stephie was having her face painted.  She got to choose whatever she wanted which was pink and purple doggie, of course.

 Haley was a very patient observer.

What's more fun than watching Daddy work?  (In this case, vacuuming dust off of the wall after sanding spackle; exciting!)

How about exploring different modes of transportation?  There's the bucket swing, of course...

...elephants...

...carts...

...and trikes.  Vrooommm!  So many ways to get around.

Catching up from the week
