Santa's visit!

 Who's that knocking at our door?

It's SANTA!

 Stephie was very brave and sat on Santa's lap.

 Haley's reaction was a predictable, "NO NO!"

 Stephie told him everything on her wish list and made sure to show him our elf as well.

 Santa gave both girls books as a parting gift.  Thanks, Santa!

Hot pink!

 Look, it's every girl's dream come true!  A hot pink miniature Christmas tree from Mimi and Poppie.

Lots of pink and purple ornaments.

Morning activities

Danada Equestrian Center

 We went to a really special birthday party tonight at the Danada Equestrian Center.  First, we warmed our hands by a fire...

...and fueled up with some pizza and snacks...

 ...before checking out some gorgeous horses.  This pair weighs 2,000 pounds each!

 Then we had a horse-drawn wagon ride.

 It was chilly but worth it!

Monkey Joe's with Daddy

 A rainy morning = party time at Monkey Joe's!

 "Sometimes when we go there with Mimi and Poppie we get to play, but not with Daddy."

20 months old!

First, here's our Christmas tree!  Isn't it pretty?!?

This sequence of photos pretty much sums up the personalities of our two little ladies.  Here is how it went:
"Stephie, please come sit by the tree and maybe Haley will sit with you."

 "Haley, SIT BY THE TREE!"

Happy 20 months, Haley.  You are loved.  And extremely challenging.  ; )

Visitors!

 Thursday morning is dance class, but before then the girls had Danny and JJ over to play.

 And before naps Chad came over to visit too.

 Even Brie got some attention!
