THREE! By Grandma Julie

THREE

Hey you guys, what do you see?

Look at me I’m turning three!

Swing.

Climb.

Go on my slide.

Not too big for a horsey ride.

Walk long distance quick as can be.

Let Haley ride, no stroller for me.

Started preschool, learn and play.

Be with new friends every day.

Write my name,

Candyland is my favorite game.

Peanut butter and jelly for lunch.

Goldfish, milk, and grapes in a bunch

Play with puzzles, build with blocks.

Read about cats and learn about clocks.

Swingset,

Snowmen

In the yard

Stickers, stickers, stickers and alphabet cards.

Play in the kitchen, cook some food.

Play with my trains when I’m in the mood.

I learn new words every day

I have complicated things to say

Two by two,

Sort the diapers yellow from blue.

Fold the wipes in half and half.

Place them neatly on the stack.

Go on the toilet, no booster chairs,

Use the railing on the stairs

On my seat.

Slide on my tummy, don’t use my feet.

Brush my teeth right at the sink.

Getting tired toward the end of day,

Too tired to eat, Too tired to play.

Throw

Things,

Scream and shout!

Lose control, go into time out.

After a minute I’m sweet as can be.

Kisses from Mommy and Daddy for me.

Jump in bed at the end of the day

Duck ,Spot, and Mr. Neigh.

Nightlight,

Fan,

And my guard rails,

Bumpy blankie and Bingo’s tail.
